It is a shell. Living quarters has been gutted, the 110 wiring is still there along with breaker box and inverter, needs roof resealed and interior put back in, I have a new ac in box for it and insulation also plus fresh water tanks. It still has the black and grey tanks under it. We are still currently pulling trailer as is so still in use. I do have title for it but I have a lien on it.
