2001 Exiss 4 Horse Slant W/ Weekend Package $14,500 (Chilhowie, VA) Folks here is the deal of the day or a few weeks, till hubby has time to fix a few cosmetic things! 😂 Super nice and super roomy for big horses. Iv taken out the back two slants, leaving the stud wall for my junk. And have hualed 4 horses with no issues at all multiple times. Has all basics. Sink, stove, shower, new toilet replaced 2024, AC and heat. New electric jack. Like new tires. Title in hand. So hears the deal…the good, the bad and ugly BUT ALL COSMETIC and simple fixes. If a handyman it’s no big deal at all. Ready for a new dressing room floor. Hard parts done, taking all that out. Just needs the floor, water tank and trunk put back in. Some the wall paper is peeling from age, the very back drop window has some issues, but we just keep it up and don’t use it. 🤷‍♀️. Awning is functional, you just have to hold you mouth right to hold lever down to let out. So…..as mentioned AS IS $14,500. Would rather hubby focus on installing my new arena lights then fixing this thing up that I dont need, to just make few extra grand. Plus his labor is expensive these days! 😂
