• 235/R16/80 Tires -Spare Brand new, Passenger 2 years old, Drivers 1 year old. Spare RIM for second tire. o These are different than VIN sticker for heavier ply and more options. • Fiberglass roof – Waxed August 2025 o Emergency plastic Hatch cracked on backorder since March 2025 (TARP protecting). • Average 5K miles annually. • New LED lights inside and outside (Spares included) • AC unit new install in 2021 with ducted heat strip with thermostat. Trailer holds temps in freezing night camping. • All new PEX plumbing with added quick pump winterize. • Original Fridge with NEW Ammonia cooling system backplate 2021 • 32 gallon Fresh Tank • 25 gallon Grey tank • 20 gallon Black tank • Added outside spigot • Horse window nets and rigging to keep doors open for airflow. Old, but in great shape and structurally built. 3rd Owners- Only horses last 8 years. We took Dinette bench and table out for more space. Family of 4 and 3 dogs simply outgrew this awesome trailer. 8'6" Wide (including the running boards) 7' Wide body. 36.5 feet overall length. Needs: 1. Dining Window needs replaced. Parts no longer available (I have been searching) I have a quote. 2. Roof Hatch cracks from cheap plastic and sun damage/tree limbs. Need to check regularly to protect leaks. 3. Annual wax of fiberglass roof (like a boat) 4. Clean, bleach, dry & protect manual awning. Small tears, but usable 5. Rust prevention and auxiliary steel replacement as needed. 6. Similar to Hawk Trailers most parts can be sourced from Amazon or RV stores.
