Signature edition, custom LQ with incredible closet space and beautiful finishings. In very good shape, used for sheep dog trials for the last 7 years, so no horses. All stall and folding tack walls present with hardware, I just don’t have anyone to help me put them up. Includes 3 saddle racks. Exterior storage under mangers. Drop Down windows. Previous owner used stud stall as tack area, so hooks and racks were moved to the front. Twenty foot metal clad electric awning. A/C replaced in 2023. Everything works; furnace, A/C, refrigerator, water pump & heater. Bearings checked and packed in May 2025. It’s really sound and nice.
